SGI Leather Goods Inc take pride in saying that our products are made using the finest material and accessories and we would like our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return the product please read our policy mentioned below.

  1. Returns are valid for dispatches made in Canada only. USA dispatches are not valid for returns or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for returns you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us by emailing us at: returns@sgileathergoodsandluggage.ca
  3. As our shipping is free for customers in Canada and is included in the cost paid by you, for returns actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total cost paid by you.
  4. If your ordered item was not picked up and is returned, it will be treated in the same way as a regular return. All shipping costs will be deducted when processing the refund.
  5. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging.
  6. Please do not send the return to the manufacturer.
  7. We will notify you by e mail once the return is received, inspected and approved for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  8. For refunds our address is 218 Export Blvd Suite 203, Mississauga ON L5S 0A7, Canada. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase.
